Game refusing to start.

In my last game I had a bugsplat, after the bugsplat league starting to relaunch the game like normal, but then it started taking up nearly 100 percent of my cpu by itself and crashed my computer. The same computer that can run any of the new AAA titles at max graphics with no issues. My computer restarts, and then League continues to crash on the loading screen. I finally manage to get into the game in which we end up surrendering a minute later. I never had these issues until the new client. I don't know what is happening but I don't like it.
