Leaverbuster is broken

Hello, Recently there seems to be a lot of problems with the way that the game loads and will kick people out at load screen, while in game, and sometimes in the most extreme cases cause a blue screen of death. I have recently experienced the blue screen of death and when I came back into the game, finished, and then got told I would be in leaver buster. I have already made a support ticket and followed their instructions on how to fix the issue, but it seems to be more of a LoL server issue than anything. I would like to know why it is that leaverbuster is making it so much harder for people when there are technical issues to play the game.
