Crashes Middle of Game

For some reason when i play the game toward to the end and some how my game crash today like about 5 times playing league. It says "error the league of legend can not be read in the disk system" (not word by word but close to say). Every time I got back into the game and about good 30 sec or a min of playing the game. Some how crash again. Please league there something is going onto he game and why is it acing up like this. Its telling me that my computer cant read league on the disk computer system. Should I reinstall it or wait for the patch to fix it? Please help fixing the bug because I report it many times and still get no answer from league. I don't want to get report and wait 30 min because of this.
