Loot Crafting Ward Bug

This isn't the first time I've encountered this. Opened a box in loot crafting, and I recieved a ward with a similar name to this one, unlocked it, and did not receive it. I'm afraid to unlock this one as well, and risk not getting one. There wasn't any steps that occurred, per say, I simply opened the box, and received this bugged ward.
