Karthus Bot keeps breaking.

Due to my ridiculous lag at times, I'm forced to bots more often than I'd prefer. Recently though, I've been noticing Karthus Bot basically breaking at least once during each game; he will stand in a single position with his E active doing literally nothing for minutes sometimes unless engaged upon or until he just randomly starts to feel like working again.
