New Client Disconnections Mid Game

So ever since I upgraded to the new client I get disconnected mid game, which never happened before...What would happen exactly is that it would disconnect me in the middle of a game and it would just say "reconnecting" and never connect back to the game unless I exit out manually and click reconnect myself. That's the only way I'd reconnect to the game...and this happens like 1 in every 10 games during a random match whether using the new client or legacy...It consistently happens 1 in every 10 games...Like I literally can't play 10 games without this happening, I've tried. Now before all the obvious responses come in, It's not my ISP, It's not my router, It's not my anti-virus. All the correct ports are open, I run the client as administrator, there is an exception for it in the firewall as there's always been, my anti-virus is always turned off when I play league, heck I even tried uninstalling it and playing 10 games and it still happened. I even took a risk and put my IP in DMZ for a while and played 10 games, still got disconnected. And this has never happened before the new client upgrade, not even once.
