Black Client Since Last Patch

My client loads black like this every time since the last patch. The play button also doesn't work for a minute or two, then works. I am able to browse my profile too with no issues. It's just this main home screen that is all black. Sometimes the images come back and the black goes away, but rarely. I have ran the client repair all the way through.
