In-Game Sounds Messed Up

Can you please look into fixing the game sounds. I have everything at the same volume (pretty low, pretty much everything at 10) and the master turned down to around 75. Even with that, sounds like random character voice lines and the nexus exploding have increased volume when they go off. As in they are louder than everything else in the game, even though everything is turned down low.

Not sure if I'm the only one that has this problem, but at least wanted to put in a report.
