Team Borders and Enemy Borders not Lined up correctly

So an odd thing happened after the patch. Whenever i'm in a game, any game, I notice that the Teammate champ borders are lined up a bit higher than normal while the enemy champ borders when they die are a bit lower. This is a small thing, but it's a bit distracting when you slay an enemy and look at their death portrait misaligned. This happens only when the borders are to the left, and no, i don't wanna move them to the map because i'm so used to them on the left. If anyone has a fix to this issue, i'd love to hear it. TY
