No Email or Any kind of proof why i got Perma Banned

I dunno if this is supposed to be a bug, but i've heard that when you get Perma banned, you get an email or something to explain why. I got nothing, it's just gone. The worst is that i submited a ticket and yet when they say to check the progress of said ticket, it says the page doesn't exist. I'm not trying to get my account back if i deserve the ban, i just wanna know why i've been banned. I can't get any proof as to why i did. Someone help.

Im gonna make this easy for you. Ive went through this process with the same ban you have. Its a new thing riot is doing where they find accounts that spam ping and are extremely verbal and HAND BAN THEM by rioters. THAT is what happened to your account. promise thats what happened and nothing else.

means a rioter took ur account into his own hands, reviewed it, then banned it based on what he has seen. and rioters are never wrong. your account will stay banned. make a new one.
