Extra IP when playing with a party... or not?

For some reason... it shows as not giving ANY extra IP when playing with a party...

It just has each layer of icons, with one more person, and just "O%" next to it.

"We’re going to be launching_** Ranked Flex**_ with a flat IP boost throughout the first week of the season. You’ll earn +50% extra IP in Ranked Flex between December 7 at 16:00 PST and December 14 at 15:59 PST. Oh, thank you! It still shows in norms, though, for some reason..

It shows in all queues as it's how the game is set up, but you can see in the corner that it says 0% on all of them. When you use flex however it says 50%.

I wish it wouldn't say it altogether unless you're in flex. Oh well for now...

I agree, it really doesn't make sense to have it on all draft queues... Whatevs. I think it's simply because they only probs have one generic layout for all draft queues and don't want to have to go to the trouble of making separate ones just for this feature, makes sense to me.
