Devourer Tooltip Error

When you go to your summoner page and look at item sets, the tooltip for Devourer is incorrect as it shows the old 30 stack requirement and not the 20 stack requirement. This is also true for the in-game tooltip. Unfortunately I'm not good with screenshots however it a clear mistake. Had a friend argue with me that you need 30 stacks but I see the tooltip is incorrect.
