Then I was last hiting last minion under the tower, I noticed normal animation instead of the one then my passive is active, but it didn't impacted my gameplay and I was still able to last hit.

Dude, if you played enough zed you would know that sometimes your passive hit uses the normal AA animation. His passive works normaly but the attack animation sometimes doesn't. i am not sure how to trigger it tho.
