Nether grasp isn't properly suppressing during certain engagements.

I ulted a Vayne, my ult was clearly on her, activated and she was suppressed, yet her condemn actually took me OUT OF MY ULT. The same thing happened with Ashe and her crystal arrow, my ult was already being channeled and out it came to interupt my ult. Both of these situations happened very early in the suppression animation, within the first half second. In both of these engagements it was a 1v1. My latency is usually around 70.

Neither of those champions had a QSS, I immediately checked after the incident because that's what it looked like.

Whether this is a latency bug or an actual bug where it's not actually suppressing during the first half second, etc, I don't know, but I know this isn't right.

Vayne's Condemn and Ashe's Enchanted Crystal Arrow are projectiles. They can cast it before you ult them but the travel time may make it affect you after you have cast your ultimate.

They also have small cast times and cast times are not interrupted by CC (i.e. Lux ult or Ezreal ult behave similarly with longer cast times).

If this isn't the case, then it may be a bug.

Suppression ults do have some bugs. For instance, ulting kalista will not stop her from autoing because of the way her passive works. In a mirror match i've been silenced by a malz i was ulting and my ult did not stop. I've had a twitch kill me with autos as ww while i was ulting him. If i remember correctly, the actual cc has a small delay on it. They can potentially hit you right as you ult them. To avoid this, it might be best to Q them first if possible.

Your ult is instantaneous her condemn is a projectile...ur talking about fractions of a second but thats what happened: she used her condemn right b4 u ulted her and that prevented ur ult. Not a bug just really unlucky. Similar to when some1 uses a on click spell that homes in on the person right b4 they use flash or even teleport(lol)
