[GAMEPLAY] REMAKE IS BROKEN, all conditions for remake but at 3 mins there is no vote

This is the second time this has happened to me over the last couple of months.

as you can see Ryze never moved, bought or did anything and he disconnected after a while due to what I expect is the AFK check. Despite this the game went on and we couldn't remake, as 3 mins came around I tried /remake and it gave me the message that tells you that you can't remake.

This is the second time this has happened to me in the past 2 months ish so while it's not a super common bug it should still be fixed because it defeats the whole purpose of the remake system
