[CLIENT] Window size glitches out

I'm not entirely sure as to the cause, but I believe it is whenever my laptop display goes dark (when lid closes or I'm away from the computer for a while). The issue is that the client gets really tiny, but when I go into options to fix the window size, the window size DOESN'T change, but the aspect ratio for what's in the client goes back to normal. So then I'm left with only being able to view like the top left portion of the client, meaning I can't access the friend's list, start a game, close, etc. The only solution is to right click the taskbar or close via Task Manager and then restart.

Also, this wasn't an issue before the old client was retired. I've been using the new client for a while now since it handles the store so much better and I've never had this problem before but it's an everyday thing now.
