They're removing spellvamp from the game.
But i don't think it's supposed to be live, or even affecting anything outside spellvamp items though. Weird bug.
It's a well-known thing already. Aeron Vertigal mentioned it within moments of 6.7 hitting last week and Riot still hasn't addressed it. They hotfix every other champ in the game within hours of bugs being reported, but Ahri can go literally years before bugs get fixed.
This isn't even a small issue, either. Ahri's without 20% of her kit without Essence Theft.
No heals for us :C Really messes up your sustain
