new champ select is ridiculous

Why are the punishments on a new system so extreme when the changes are so huge? I mean, c'mon! Give your players a chance to actually get USED to the new setup and maybe FIX it entirely before you enact such severe punishments. The amount of glitches your community is enduring is unreasonable and then they have to deal with having less game time and being mistreated because of your coding glitches and initializing. How are you going to apologize to so many people who've spent millions on your software?
