emote wheel makes you ult as rakan

i dont remember when it started but whenever you press t as rakan with ult up it will use it along with bringing up the emote wheel thing if you press t while r is down it will say that this ability is not ready i dont know if this is only for me since i havent asked anyone else but it only seems to happen on rakan and it can lose you games
