I have to confirm my Bilgewater choice twice?

I finished my Act 1 Bilgewater and confirmed TF for act 2. Then I played a few more ARAMs and racked up nearly 200 of the required minion kills before logging off earlier today. Just now I logged back in to check my progress and it asked me to confirm my choice again, and I have no minion kills at all.
