[GAMEPLAY] Lulu's polymorph on Garen Q

As a frequent Lulu top player, I've noticed one of the most annoying thing, Garen Q will hit even if I polymorph him before. Polymorph is supposed to be a disarm, a silence and a slow, emphasis on disarm and slow, so why can he still attack me? Wukong's Q or Nasus' Q won't hit me, but Garen does. Reproducing is as easy as it is:

1. Have both Lulu and Garen
2. Activate Garen's Q, but don't hit Lulu yet
3. Polymorph Garen
4. Make Garen attack Lulu, and notice how the auto attack ACTUALLY hits.

This had happened in every game so far. I sadly don't have a video of Garen himself, but after making a research, I found this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9h9a3Hy0q4&ab_channel=CreaterofDestiny Volibear seem to have the same problem. Normally, you're disarmed and cannot basic attack at all.

Lulu's polymorph seem to be b u g g e d.
