[FREEZING] Freezing for around 2 seconds, starting on PROJECT patch

I've been playing a few games lately and... I'm hesitant to use the more "official" bug reporter because this seems to have no rhyme or reason. No specific trigger. It happens with or without PROJECT skins. On ARAM, Rift, TT, whatever. Even TFT, I think! Though I've only really noticed it feels like a crazy-framerate dip when on TFT.

What's happening is every now and then, I'll suddenly get a crazy freeze for about 2 seconds. It's screwed me over in Ranked quite a few times already. It's especially upset because I just bought the PROJECT pass and this is a huge disappointment right when I'm getting serious into playing a lot of League.

My theory is there is a bug with Anticheat that's causing this but.. I'm not the expert.
