Since the pre-season started. The turrets are flickering their magic resist and armor off and on. Making them drop insanely quick. Making it pointless to play ranked. How do you expect someone to pass Diamond with this quick? Riot get it together.

Its probebly more of a visual bug then an actual stats changed bug. not to mention towers armor and mr are affected by minions around then. That could be part of the "flickering" you are experiencing.

It happens in every game europe and Na for me, and it goes to 0 so autos do so much damage.
