Ekko Bug with E

If you build Iceborn Gauntlet on Ekko, sometimes the E won't apply the onhit affect. It does proc it, but doesn't always land it, but sometimes it does. I built Iceborn and Lichbane top and had this issue several times. I build Iceborn without Lichbane on another game, but occasionally still had the same issue. It was pretty common. I would E a minion, then hit the next minion and SOMETIMES trigger iceborn proc, sometimes it wouldn't proc until the 2nd hit (2nd AA). But it does trigger, the glowing affect comes on, it just does not land on minions. I don't remember if it happened with champions, but it happens with minions a lot, Iceborn is not a common item on Ekko, but i use it when I go top for waveclear and a tad more durability, but that random bug somes loses me 2 or 3 minions because the timing gets messed up.
