Ranked Glitches

For some reason I will play 5 games of ARAM with 0 issues. No problem starting the game, no disconnect issues, nothing. The second i start a ranked game BOOM cant get the game to load, game loads high latency, game freezes, black screen with cursor still present like its taunting me. What the hell riot? This is causing me to look bad but the error only happens during ranked games????? I havent been able to finish a ranked game in over a month what the f*ck is going on?!?!
