Fix fizz ult hitbox thanks XD

There's a reason why fizz "outplays" so many players and it's not because of his troll pole. I've only been playing this game for a few months but I've heard this has been a problem for a long time and I haven't really experienced it till now.

I'm going to be proactive and just ban him in ranked until there's a fix, but please fix this by either shrinking the hitbox or updating the animations to match the hitbox.

I assure you there will be a drop in play rate and ban rate once this issue is fixed.
