Made a post earlier, no one believed me, but now I can confirm it. Teemo's auto attack is broken, the damage happens about .40 seconds after the impact... this makes last hitting friggen ridiculous, as he's not an AD champ to begin with, so last hitting is hard enough. Easily repeatable, steps below.

I agree with this. I frequently play him and think it's the fact that you can't have attack speed and ability in the first column. I'm assuming you're using the +ability % like I am. He feels slow and awkward for cs.
It's actually always been like that, and yes it is frustrating because the timing feels so different. Maybe they changed some code around and now it's even worse than it used to be? I haven't played Teemo since the patch.
Yes! please, help with this bug report. It makes it awful to creepkill not to mention doing kills on other champs.
