Load screen crash followed with no ability to reconnect with new client

Following error occured in EUNE (as I do not trust EUNE support does anything but raise salary due years of experience):

• Load screen crash (which I have been reporting to support for 6 seaons now, with logical reasons it is not my side of network but RIot). I have no problem at all conneting to the game lobby. For some reason Ri0ot SERVER drops client connection during load screen. There is no indication of this except you get all champions to 100% and no game start.
• Way to get rid of this is close the load screen and reconnect, but moments ago I could not do that. Load screen disapperaead, but new client had no reconnect button (like it had 1 hour ago with same issue). Restarting client has no issue. ALT-tab had no another riot client out there. AFter digging some time I found out task bar had riot client minimized with error message poppup WHICH DID NOT POP INTO FRONT. Closing it restarted game instance client and connected me to the game while I had NO CONNECTION TO LOBBY. I was reloggin to lobby. Thus riot new client is bogus piece of shit. Game is still running on same old buggy client.
• I got remake punishment due this. I bet RIot policy is "no reimbusement as it is our fault but we do nto admit it".
