Cursor turns into blue target indicator and doesn't let you use minimap or ping
As seen in the photo, the icon is stuck as the target indicator.
This happened right after spamming my skills to kill a target champion.
I use Quick Cast on all skills and checked the "Replace Quick Cast with Quick Cast With Indicator" option
Has happened before on other champions, which I don't remember atm. This time was with Elise.
I'm not sure what fixes it, but it doesn't stay that way forever.
I saw someone say that alt-tabbing immediately fixes it. To me this suggests some interaction with the selected Window Mode (I use borderless). If there are any other workarounds, please let me know.
