[Gameplay] Stormraider's Surge bug

When you lower 2 (or maybe more) enemy's HPs by 30% (for stormraider's surge to activate) at the exact same time (like Riven's Ki Strike for example) It causes you to proc Stormraider's Surge's passive multiple times, making you run extremely fast.

The best way to recreate this would be to use Zilean's bomb to burst 2 squishies at the same time.
