Game client is loading very slowly.

My client have been acting slowly since the season started and I've tried patching, reinstalling, & more but for some reason it slowly loads or freezes. I miss accepting queue or it freezes and i miss champion selection and banning. once im in the game it's fine but when im in the main client it lags. I am also not the only person experiencing this issue.
