[GAMEPLAY] Katarina nerfs affecting basic abilities?

Hi, I know Kat was meant to be nerfed this patch (4.20) but being someone who plays Kat a lot, I have noticed that she doesn't seem to do the same amount of damage to minion waves with Q + W. That is, she can't clear the minion waves like she could before the patch. She isn't doing enough damage.... until level 16. I feel like this is some unintended damage reduction bug with the new patch. It was meant to nerf her ult damage, not her basic abilities. Please look into it? Thanks!
