@Riot : Need Clarification if intended or not :: Profile Background not displaying for friends

My friend says she has Pizza Delivery Sivir as her background and I have Dragon Sorceress Zyra as mine... however... we are unable to see each others' custom backgrounds, instead seeing the usual "most-played champ" one.

Is the profile background supposed to be just for us? :(
