Ranked lobby froze.

Was queued with a friend, when "Summoner 3" was picking the screen froze at 0. I thought it was a dodge, as it looked like he didn't pick. My friend said he did and I got booted because my screen was frozen when it was my turn to choose. Ridiculous. Strong PC, Windows 10, client has been buggy as hell for a long time now. Any ideas?
