Why is the loading screen glitch worse now riot

I played like 4 games one night after the preseason came out I had the loading screen glitch 3 out of the 4 games in a row. I have a nice pc and it loads to a 100 then freezes. Why is this a thing that riot does not care about unnecessarily punishes players for it. They then go adding more wacky "fun" content when the core game itself is broken, and game balance isn't great. Do I think it's nice to spice up the game yeah and I think the new content is cool but please fix well known bugs first then balance gameplay a bit more then add your new content. At the very least Riot please when adding new content do a bit more bug testing and balancing then the 2 minutes you spend on it. Btw if you get loading screen glitch and can't get to task manager instead of resetting your machine you can logout of your account or start to this will close league and you can just reopen it and generally you can catch it before it fully logs you out depending on what you run.
