played gp. tried rushing that item and static. turns out, gp q doesnt proc it. its a spell isnt it? i went 5/7 yet did better than my bot lane as ap gp. god im bad

Although you can cast it, Parrrley is not treated as a spell on hit. It is treated as a melee basic attack.
