Head Hunter Nidalee causes Global lag (FPS drop) in-game

I think it was every time the spear came out of the fog of war first. My friend doesn't think so. happened 2 times earlier in the game when she ganked bot and top, and a few times more after the video ended. The video can only be ten minutes long on the site i used to get a URL for it.

I just had a Challenger Nidalee in my game and experienced the exact same thing. Every time the Nidalee appeared out of the fog of war my friend and I experienced frame rate drop. However, my friend didn't get it as bad as I did, and I also had longer lags the closer she physically was to my character. It just lost me a ranked game because she ganked me repeatedly and I was lagged out and could not respond to the ganks.
