Client: I often get this in champion select, why should i get dodge timer or lose lp?

Luckily, this was aram, but its frustrating, when its ranked, or any champ select, because i at least get a dodge timer, esp if i haven't chosen a champ yet, or esp if i lose LP please fix riot!
