CLIENT: Ranked section on profile only shows yours, even if on another profile. (sometimes)

When you try to look at another summoner's profile, when you look at the ranked tab, sometimes it shows your. here is what happens to be my level 3 smurf, but I'm logged into my main, When i look at my smurf's profile, i see my rank in silver, however, that account is only at level 3, so there is no way it could be ranked. (not photo-shopped, in case there was any speculation)
