Items not wanting to undo purchase
After I had gotten killed, I purchased homeguard on a pair of boots, but when I went to hit undo before I respawned, it would not let me even click the button to undo the purchase.

i think undo is something you can do early game only, or something like that, i don't remember clearly but it has something to do with the begining of the game.
I had a similar issue. I was playing ARAM, and accidentally bought a second ludens echo upon my death. I noticed this before I even respawned and I couldn't undo this purchase.
