Sound in client and Game BROKEN

Just launched league for some quick matches, but when I logged in, the login screen played no sound, the queue played no sound, and champ select played no sound. I thought it was a client bug but when I got in game there was no sound for anything (no VOs, SFX, announcer, anything).

I checked all my settings, and nothing had changed, still the same volume as usual, it wasn't my headphones or computer either, I checked and other applications, games, and music still functioned with normal sound. I have relaunched client multiple times, restarted my computer, and restored all settings in game and in the client but nothing has worked yet. It is incredibly difficult to play without sound, can someone please help me figure out how to fix this?
