Zyra E not working.

When I play Zyra. Multiple times during this patch when I use my E, it does not reach full range, sometimes it doesn't even reach half of the range. The ability starts then randomly stops. The animation randomly disappears but so does the ability itself. Zyra is unplayable right now because of this. You cannot properly pull off a combo if your E (snare) does not work at all.
