Singed Invisible Mist/Haze Bug

I unfortunately didn't get to screenshot it but when Singed went into a bush (whilst I was playing Gnar) in my latest match his haze/mist disappeared with only the green particle effect left on the ground. Being the curious person I am I decided to see if it was still in effect:lo and behold, it was. I'm not sure if this is only happening to me but it seems like a recurring bug as it happened way back when. Anyone else experience this?
