The bug in question, is a very evil bug...one of the worst I've seen in my many years....FOR SOME REASON, EVEN WHEN SOMEONE IS ONLINE, IF YOU OPEN UP A CHAT WITH THEM, THE LITTLE BUBBLE THAT SHOWS THE PERSON'S STATUS ALWAYS SAYS THEY ARE OFFLINE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ONLINE! Riot, your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to figure out what's causing this disastrous issue and save many League of Legend players from the unholy paradox of being offline and online at the same time.
