[Gamebreaking] [Gameplay] Turret wont attack enemy champions after Taric ult ends

I assume that this bug was caused by the enemy taric ulting him and lucian, then they both tower diving while the ult was active, then once it ended they still were able to attack me and jinx without being hit by the tower. Ignore the whiffed hooks, I'm not a thresh main.

HOW TO REPRODUCE: 1: Go into a game with taric 2: Ult then once you have invulnerability tower dive someone 3: Attack them after ult has ended 4: Free tower dive with no punishments.
