Riot I am begging you please fix this bug

Sometimes when I start the game there is no hud. No mana or health bars over anyone. I can't even see my fps or ping. I always need to restart lol for this and sometimes it makes me lose the early game if it takes so much longer than expected because of internet problems or my laptop running slow. I'm not a programmer (at least not yet) but I really think this bug needs to be fixed soon.
