Leader of 2 Clubs?

When there was the bug glitch thing going on I couldn't find the club I was currently the leader of so I created a new one. After everything was fixed and I was the leader of the new club my friend asked me how I was the leader of both clubs. I thought the old club was disbanded since it doesn't even show up on my clubs list. It does show up on the League mobile app but when I try to disband it or transfer ownership and it told me to do it on PC. I log into my PC and the old club doesn't show up. I doubt anyone else is having the problem, but does anyone have any solutions?
