Connection issues for Teammates and Enemies

My league games are not going smoothly, about half my games there are constant disconnects and AFK on my team and enemy team it cannot just be everyone's connection I feel its a client issue can you investigate it?

Yeah I have the same error it's so annoying. i tried contacting riot and they said it was my problem and not theirs....
