Blitz able to Q while silenced
I silence blitz, and literally in the middle of silence he is throwing a Q, no mobi's no boots at all. Thrown after he is silenced, I know the silence hit him because my rune attacked him with aery or w/e.

What champ were you silencing him with? Did he already have the Q queued up to start before the silence?
If you could check the replay for that specifically it would be helpful.
I was Soraka, i know he was silenced because i had a Ludens and it proc'd the Ludens. His Q was not up when I silenced.
