Mouse and Camera Bug

Every so often in certain games it requires me to double click to do everything, such as leveling up an ability or selecting the shop or buying something etc. In these games my camera unlock button doesn't exist and won't allow me to free scroll the map when it is unlocked.

I know that this stuff might not apply to you but:

-Right-clicking buttons only takes one click instead of two with the left mouse -The camera lock/unlock button is "y" and can also be located in the bottom left of the minimap
